You analyse. You challenge. And you help shape what comes next. As part of our Portfolio Management team, you will play an active role in our investment decisions and take responsibility for the following areas:

• You actively contribute to our strategic and tactical investment process, with a particular focus on further developing our equity selection.
• As a member of the Investment Committee, you help shape our market view and develop the basis for investment decisions on macroeconomic topics, portfolio structures and individual investments.
• For our investment advisory services, you develop tailored investment proposals and bring your investment expertise to both client relationships and new client acquisition.
• You maintain and expand our network of banks, brokers and product providers.
• You communicate complex investment topics clearly and concisely in both German and English – verbally and in writing, for clients as well as a broader audience.
• Technology is part of your toolkit. You drive the use of AI and digital solutions to continuously develop and improve our processes.

You know the financial markets. And you have a view on them.

Several years of experience in research and portfolio management, a deep understanding of the investment business and sound independent judgement form the professional foundation. You stand by your convictions – while remaining willing to challenge them critically.

A university or university of applied sciences degree is required, ideally complemented by a CFA, AZEK or FRM qualification.

An entrepreneurial mindset matters just as much as professional excellence. You take ownership and want to make an impact.
